Day 1 to a new me!

So my first day has not been too bad. This morning and evening I did two 15 minutes workouts on fitstar, I know it may not sound like a lot but I am proud of myself. Today my calorie intake was just over 1000 calories which included salmon and tomato quiche which I have pictured. I made this olive oil shortcrust pastry myself with a recipie I found online (http://www.fussfreecooking.com/recipe-categories/meatless-recipes/olive-oil-shortcrust-pastry/), it came out too crumbly but was still nice.

Also I have weighed myself and found I am 14st 5lbs.  I hope to get down to 9st by the end of the year. I know this is only online but this is the first time I have admitted to this. I hope that by next month I have lost a couple of pounds, I hope that this is just the start to something new.
